Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We apologize, but unfortunately we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our contest agent. We do not tamper with the contest entries.
Any item you would like to exchange for another size must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping product to Fast Culture. We will inspect your returned item upon reception and if accepted, resend the exchanged item to you for free. You can exchange merchandise for any item/s of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded. To start a exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s).
All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 30 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 30 days, we have no further liability.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
